Healthy Mind!

Physical health always is at Rank #1 for most of us. Though mental health competes closely, it unfortunately fails to gain importance. The truth however is that a person's mental well being and confidence can provide a physical well being in most cases. Typically, people in the mid to late 20's and early 30's are the ones who neglect the importance of mental health. Not to blame anyone, this is because of the anxiety and excitement people face during that phase of life which leaves behind either some expectations or traces of worry or too much happiness, neither of the above in over dose being good. A calm and peaceful mind that can react almost similar to all situations is certified to be healthy. This definitely cannot happen in a single day. Any change is eventual and cannot be immediate. If we sense it to be immediate, then it is for sure short lived. Most of us face challenges in different forms - failures , fear of loss of relationships in life, actual losses to name a few . Our mind is extremely powerful. To a normal man like me and you, it is a simple memory device that can remember a few things and behave normally as per the situations. But in some people, it possess a power that no one can imagine. This power multiplies tremendously when they start thinking of the ordeals they have undergone in life. It is very difficult for such people to move out of a thought easily.A feeling that should resonate in such minds is something which keeps reminding them of the happy days in life. They should try to use their mind for thinking that "I will be happy", "I have made others happy too", "Every moment of my life is precious", "I live to bring a change". This will keep their mind healthy and the power of their thoughts would multiply. This would in fact help get them out of the "Engraved" mindset which is a danger zone for anyone to enter. Lets not get there anytime. Lets keep our mind happy and healthy!
